VICTORY IN THE US!

#RightToKnow in the US: In the USA, listing the ingredients contained in cleaning products is is not a legal requirement. The state of California has passed a Cleaning Product Right to Know Act after a determined campaign for transparency. This landmark legislation means that, by 2020, companies in the US will be required to list certain ingredients on their packaging and website. It’s a major step forward in the fight for ingredient transparency, and affirms our collective right to know what’s in the products we buy. #ComeClean. There’s still a lot left to do to get the rest of the world to follow suit though!
